Hello,
I'm using PayPal in Malaysia but I want to link my US bank which I got from Payoneer but the issue is that I'm unable to see the option in PayPal.
I'm unable to see this option while link in my bank account. [Link a US account instead]
Can anyone help me out?

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

Unfortunately, you will be unable to link a bank account opened in the US to your Paypal account opened in Malaysia.

The laws applicable to PayPal accounts differ by country. If you're moving abroad or based abroad, you’ll need to close your existing account and open a new account on the country where you are staying at. If you maintain residences in 2 countries, you can have 2 PayPal accounts as long as only one is a Business account.
