I was trying to link my US bank account to my paypal. And after entering Routing Number & Account Number, it says
"We can't process your request right now. Please try again later."
Then I contact on customer support of PayPal, 2 times. Each time they ask me to verify my US bank account by sending "recent bank account statement" and "photo ID". I have submitted them, but still I'm unable to add my US bank. Still the same error.
