I'm having problem in paying my negative balance

I am having -295 INR negative balance, and having 12000 INR in USD in my PayPal. How to pay my nagative balance. PayPal has limited my account due to this. And now the moment I click to resolve my negative balance. It show you have entered greater amount. And I'm typing only 295 INR all the time. What to do ??

You can't add funds to a paypal balance in India unfortunately.
