I live in Kazakhstan and can't add a bank account, I can only enter the details of a US check, but I don't have one because I don't even live in the US. I can't change it to the Russian language that is convenient for me, I have 4 languages available for PayPal: English, Spanish, French and Japanese. When I change the language to Russian when I log in to my PayPal, it automatically changes to English, and I can't use my wallet properly.
