I have problems with withdraw. My card was disappeard.

Hello. I have a problem. Last time I tried withdrew with my Credit card. But I had an error. I didn't sing into my Paypal. Today I noticed that the credit card method has been removed and I just have transfer method with the bank but it's preferred for the USA, I live in Kazakhstan, it doesn't prefer to me. But in my friend's account credit card. Maybe I have some limitations? Please help me!method kept.

I am sorry about your issue. In Kazakhistan, you have the option to withdraw your money to your card or to a US bank account. 

If your card has been removed, please add it again. Here is how. If you are unable to do it, please try contacting customer service by phone by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website and then Call us, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
