I got rejected during bank verification. What should verify again

I am trying to connect my bank account " bank of America " but I could not verify and it goes suspend for 48 hours. After unlock I again try to verify but I can't. It ask for online id and passcode. I haven't passcode and online id because I got it from payonner. Please help me.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry you weren't able to verify your Payoneer account on your PayPal account, and I know this can be really inconvenient. As mentioned in the terms and conditions of this U.S. payment service, Payoneer accounts are not bank accounts and therefore cannot be used with PayPal accounts. I appreciate your understanding and I hope you'll be able to add your local bank account instead.
