I got paid but it is on hold and the money wasnt from selling

My mom paid me and it wasn't from selling and its on hold how do i get the money please help

Click 'Add Tracking Info" button on the transaction listing and select an order status (ie, Order Processed) and then ask sender to confirm receipt on their end to release funds.

The sender has to log on to their account and look up the transaction to see if there is a confirm receipt button or look for the PayPal email they received when you updated the order status for a way to confirm receipt.

Then you'll just have to wait the 21 days or however long it says that funds will be released on your account.
