I got deduction

Whan i sign up. 1 i enter my acciunt bank visa card Immediatly get detuction 1 $ I dont know for what? Again i removed my visa information and put Again But Again deducted another 1 1 $ Now they deduct 2$. Help me please

Thats to confirm ownership of the card.

When you add a card to paypal they deduct a low amount of money to send you a 4 digit code at the same time.

The code is found by the word paypal ON your card statement........can take up to a week dependent on which country you are in before it shows.

Once you have the code you go back to your paypal wallet and enter it and that confirms you own that card.

Then once you have entered the code the low amount of money is credited back to you.
