I got banned from transferring money from bank to PayPal???

So today, I cannot even transfer any money from my bank to my PayPal wallet. I think I got banned from doing so since it will not let me do it all without a warning or notifications. This declares that I am indeed banned from transferring money. Why PayPal? Dammit.
