I have tried to send money to several different people and each time it says 'We are unable to complete your request at this time, Request denied, Please Try again later.' Why is this happening and what does it mean? I would appreciate any and all helpful advice and suggestions. Thank you
If you are unable to send payments to anyone then I would recommend that you check your Resolution centre on your PayPal account to ensure that there are no open issues. If there are open issues that need to be resolved then these may need to be resolved before you can send further payments.
