I have been sent money from Germany to Tanzania a country in the East of Africa but when i log in my Paypal account i dont see my balance at all

why is that, but in my email i received an email from paypal saying that i received money, but i cant see it in my account

Sorry, Tanzania PayPal accounts cannot accept payments. This feature is not available for some countries. Only for shopping online or sending money for goods and services with credit card. Find another way to accept payment.
