I tend to transfer my pay last November 19, 2019 to my bank account but i wasn't aware that my bank account bank has been closed November 4, 2019. I already talked to the bank the Pay has never been transfered and they advised me to ask for an assistance from the sender. PLEASE help me with this.

If it fails to transfer then it should bounce back to your paypal balance, allow 14 working days and if no show then contact customer services for a trace.
