I did not steal anything my friend transferred me the money because I needed the money in emergency like now how do I get to 21 day thing taking off so I can get the money now

Got nothing to do with stealing. Sender probably sent a goods and services payment and not a friends and family payment in error so do the tasks to get your money sooner.
