Hello,3 days ago I withdrew about 30 euros at the bank using the IBAN. PayPal shows me that the transaction was complete and that I received the money. I checked and I did not receive the money. Can anyone help me?
Completed just means paypal have completed your request to send the funds to your bank, it does not mean the funds are in that bank account as paypal would have no way to know that.
How long it takes is dependent on what country you are in and as you have not said then i can't advise further.
