Hello I closed my account while I didn't remove my card.. Now I need to open a new Acc with this card but he keeps telling me that the Card is used in another account... How can I remove it to satrt the new one here?! Please help me ..
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
