gcashI cashed in to my Gcash via Paypal, my Paypal says the cash in was successful but it did not reflect on my Gcash.
I filed a case to paypal and gcash, still they are not able to fix this. I badly need the money can someone help me please?
February 4, 2019 around 1 PM, I was cashing-in my Gcash account via PayPal. The Gcash app says "unable to process the cash-in request" but even though the cash in was not successful the PayPal sent me an email saying "the transaction was successful" and my Paypal balance was deducted, but the money is not appearing on my Gcash balance.
*update: I filed a case to paypal and gcash, still they are not able to fix this. I badly need the money can someone help me please?
