I'm sorry, to hear that you are unable to transfer the funds using Gcash. I would suggest you to please try re-linking your PayPal to GCash to sign up for a new preapproved payments plan. If your app isn't updated, try updating it to the latest version. Try cashing in with a smaller amount than the amount in the failed transaction. Wait up to 24 hours before the next transaction attempt.
