Hi. Yesterday I removed my card from my paypal (idk, I was panicking and **bleep** of cause I can't pay through paypal on ebay right now and I thought maybe adding and reading stuff will help???).. I wanna add it again but "Your card was declined. Try a different card." keeps appearing.. please help
