can't link my credit card at all... Anytime I try to Link... It always says not accepted...I have called my bank and they have confirmed that everything is okay with my account. May I know what the problem could be?
Sorry can't help you. You have not shown what country you are in on your profile OR said what country you are in. As Paypal is country specific then we can't advise without knowing that information.
