Every time I go to hit "collect funds" I'm sent to the transfer screen "from" then "to" but these bars wont allow me to select them at all, they're completely inactive! It says nothing about a review or a freeze on my account. I've logged in and logged out 100 times, updated my bank info, everything I can think of and it is still will not allow any type of transfer! HELP PLEASE!!
Sorry to hear you're experiencing problems withdrawing and welcome to the community. I would suggest clearing your cache & cookies and logging in from another web browser to attempt this withdrawal again. Once there are no limitations or restrictions on your account you should have no problem withdrawing funds.
