I cannot transfer money to my debit card after receiving a payment

Hello, I received a payment and after that I tried to withdraw the money via my credit card, but it did not work. Transfered 2 times before and everything was instant, but now I get this error 

There’s a problem

Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. 

What can I do?

Leave account alone for a day or two, then carefully try to withdrawal again. Security system was triggered. Money moving too fast.

I guess trying without stopping continously would not do anything. I will carefully try again in 2 days indeed.

Apparently I cant even pay stuff or send money.
