I cannot transfer money to my Mastercard. Why?

PayPay has blocked my account few months now. What I can see when I open my account, that PayPal needs me to confirm my identity.

I have tried to upload the picture of my ID so many times, with no luck, also I wrote to the Customer Service several times, but still haven't received their answer yet. It is so annoying, since I cannot use my balance. I'd be so happy if any of you can help to solve my problem out.

Ps. In my country it is possible to use (withdraw) Mastercard.

You can't withdraw to a card in your country.
You can only withdraw to a linked bank account.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
