I cannot send funds anymore from my Paypal to my registered Bank

Dear,
So far I have been able to transfer from PP without any problems to my 2 registered bank accounts (same bank).
Today I tried and it was refused on the first account and accepted on the second.
I didn't change any parameters in my PP account.
Any help is welcome here. Thanks in advance

I'm sorry to hear that your withdrawal was declined. If it persists, please contact PayPal customer service for troubleshooting. There may be a few different reasons why a withdrawal would be declined.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by Facebook or Twitter.
