I cannot add my second bank account which is in Chase bank. I am in the US and it keeps saying that some thing is wrong :Something went wrong
We couldn't link your bank.

It sounds like you are trying to link your bank account to PayPal while you are travelling. If that is the case, your attempt to add a bank account may be prevented by PayPal for security. You can try linking the bank account once you are back home. Otherwise, you can call PayPal Customer Service for assistance.
