I have been using PayPal and I am frustrated that I cannot link a bank for the longest time and I cannot withdraw funds for the longest time. I want to know, can PayPal do this using the security as an excuse all the time. I was able to withdraw maybe 2-3 times in the lifespan of my account . Now that most are paying online , I need to be able to get some of my accumulated funds. How can they tell that the account is not secured when it continuous to receive funds...continuous making of invoice ? I really cannot understand. They suggested I link my account to GCASH ( philippines ) , which I did and after trying to cash in 100k, I cannot anymore cash in again from my PayPal. This is frustrating and I think border lining scamming the ones using the platform. Anything for enlightenment and advise on what to do ?
