I can't withdrow my money

hi my friends 
I face problem in my account and I don't know why 
I got money in my paypal account and yesterday I withdraw 20$ to my visa card without any problem , then I try to withdraw the rest of my money but I got this msg every time " We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. "
I send Email to service center but no respond till know and I really need this money pls if someone know how to solve this problem let me know Thanks .

I recommend to add a bank account and confirm it. Once done, try to withdraw the funds again from your paypal account.

paypal don't accept my bank acount I don't know why , maybe only for usa banks I am not in usa 😞
