I can't withdraw money to my bank account

There is £100 in my account but every time I try and withdraw it, I get a message saying I can't withdraw that much and need to try a lower amount but no matter how low I go it won't let me withdraw anything.

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
