I live in Bahrain and am unable to withdraw my paypal credit to any card or bank. I have no BisB account so that is a no go. I tried withdrawing to my Visa card but Paypal keeps saying the transaction failed and won't let me withdraw anything. I wanted to a buy a smartphone with some cash I earned online over the last year and Samsung store doesn't accept Paypal.
