I tried verifying my bank before, however I never received those 2 deposits under 99 cents to verify. Being very impatient, I tried entering in random payments, and I got my bank locked out of PayPal. Now, when I try to verify my bank, it says (on the mobile version) that I have "exceeded the maximum number of tries." On the website, it just says it can't process it at the time, or that something went wrong. I have emailed and called PayPal about this, but I still haven't resolved the issue. This is quite urgent because i do have some payments that are pending, but I can't claim them because my bank account cant be confirmed. Someone please help me!
