When I tried to transfer my funds to my other PayPal account, it always tell me to use credit/debit card. So I tried to unlink my debit card and transfer my funds, they still need me to link my credit/debit card. I rarely use this account and plan to delete it and transfer my money to my new PayPal account.. Why can't I just use my PayPal funds to transfer my money ?
