I can't transfer money to my bank account using debit card

I want to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account but it keeps saying "There was a problem It is currently not possible to transfer money to your bank account.". Please help me solve this issue.

It worked before, I was transferring money to my bank like 3-5 times a day cuz of my small business and now it doesn't let me, tried waiting for 3 days but still same thing
