I can't transfer funds to my VISA Debit Card

I have linked a VISA Debit card to my account and I have already successfully transferred funds in the past. Right now, I'm unable to do so. I keep getting this error message:

There’s a problem

Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank.
