I can't see my debit card as one of the option for the fund transfer. before I manage to transfer money using my debit card but now no luck. I email them several times. they said it was a system problem. it's almost 3 months I can't cashout my money.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
