I can't send a payment or transfer funds to my bank account

I am transferring money to my bank account then the message  

"There’s an issue with your account" came up. I don't know what to do. 

I already verified it and I can still receive money.

I'm not quite sure what the problem is

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
