I can't see my balance

I received payment notification in my mail. A message followed that i should confirm my mail which I did. Now I can't see my balance, nothing in my activity.

spoof@paypal.com will tell u  if the email is from Paypal

Its not a spoof, you don't need to send it to Paypal. The reason you can't see anything in your balance is because........

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.


Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
