Paypal says that’s complete and the bank says there is nothing pending to process from paypal. Then who responds for my money? If nobody is accountable
i'm also a user of paypal and liv card, may i know if your balance was credited or not ? i made a paypal transfer to liv bank account not the card itself, so what option you have choose and did you receive the payment or not ?
