I can't open my old paypal account

hi good morning

I would like to unlink my eon debit card to my old paypal account. because i forgot my password and i cant open it. I created a new paypal account but i can't link my debit card because it was linked to my old paypal account. please help

I just need to unlink my card to my old paypal so i can use it on my new paypal account. my employer requires me do have valid debit card. I have 1 card but i can't use it because it was linked to my old paypal

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
