I can't make a payment anymore, and I need help

I made a previous post but didn't include enough details.

I made my PayPal account during March
I have made 5 purchases after that with no problems, or hold-ups

since September 21 I have not been able to make a single purchase with my balance.
whenever I try to make a purchase I am required to link a credit or debit card to my account to proceed. I don't have a bank account to link to, I have no credit or debit card and am younger than 18.
even though I didn't make any changes to my account, I can't make any more purchases (even though they are of the same kind)

Please advise, I have no idea what to do.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will be subject to sending and receiving limits.

When you reach those limits you will be unable to verify your account so your account would be locked for further use.

Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back.

Consider what your goals are in the long-term so that you don’t back yourself into a corner.
