I can't link my visa debit card!

Greeting, please let me link my Visa Debit card I received 4 days ago. I already have a Master Cartica attached to my paypal account and I do not understand how I can not link another card if multiple accounts and cards are tied. I just need some explain, given that Visa is active. How much minimum should I have in my account to be able to bid because I have enough? Thank you!

You are allowed up to 8 cards only on one paypal account.

If its not letting you add this one then

1. Do you have over 8.

2. Does the card billing address match your paypal account address.

3. Does the card have available funds.

If still no luck then you would have to contact customer services for more help, good luck.
