Hi, I just created an account from Spain and I was just able to add a debit card to my profile. Any time I try to link my sister's bank account it says "we're sorry we're not able to process your request right now. please try again later" and I don't know if it's because it's obviously not with my name or if there's something else. I would like some help as I'm unable to open an account at the moment and I get paid through PayPal.
It is not possible to add your sister's bank account to your PayPal account. Any financial information needs to be in the name of the account holder. If your sister has a PayPal account you could send the money to her and get her to withdraw it for you that way. In future though, you would need to have your own bank account to operate a PayPal account.
