I just got my brand new credit card and I'm trying to link it to my PayPal account, however when i try to link it it keeps telling me that my card is linked to another account, i tried to call customer services they are unavailable and it seems like there is no other way to contact them. Btw i did call my bank and they confirmed my card is perfectly fine and that i should check with PayPal about the problem.
