I can't link my card

This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method. I have removed the card from the other account but still getting the same notice on the new account. What can I do ??

Clear your cache / history etc.

Try another browser / try another device.

Allow 24 hours for the system to play catch up.

You haven't linked that card more than 3 times to any card have you?
