I can't link my bank account

Hello, i have a problem adding my bank account. I LIVE IN Athens so the bank is Greek. At first i tried to add it on a bussines account but something went wrong through the confirmation...so my iban was erased by Paypal. Now i am trying to link the bank account for once more, but unfortunately i am getting a message "Sorry we are not able to process your request right now. Try again later.As many times i have tried i am getting this message. Please, i need your help. Does anyone knows what is going on and give a solution?
