I live in Jordan and to use PayPal there is just one Bank called Cairo Amman bank, and inside my Bank profile, you can connect your PayPal account, and it's connected in my case but when I want to connect my PayPal account to websites they say your account not verified, and when I try to connect my credit card they don't accept it. What should I do in this situation?
