I can’t find my confirmation code

Hello I am experiencing a big problem I tried to transfer some money from PayPal into my bank account but it says I’ve reached my yearly limit for instant transfer (I didn’t realise there was one?!) so I tried to set up a standard transfer added my bank account details with Santander and PayPal said I’d receive a code but I can’t see it in my bank account online and I’ve been trying for hours on the app and website over and over and I can’t seem to get anywhere with it & I’m panicking because my phone bill goes out tomorrow and if I can’t pay it with this money in my account I will get cut off and have no internet access and be unable to work and possibly eat for the rest of the week! I need to transfer this money over to my bank account ASAP does anyone have any advice?
