I can't do the cash-in process on my gcash, what i'm suppose to do

I am having the same problem too with my paypal, I did try sending it to my bank account but it won't go through too. Is this an on going issue? Has there been any resolution to this already?

Luckily you have linked a bank account, are you using master card or visa

I Used mastercard but it won't let me withdraw funds still

If I change my prepaid card, and I use the new one to buy something else, the PayPal Wil return the money in the new card? Does PayPal know the new one?
