I can't connect my bank to my account

I cannot connect my paypal to my bank account. It says it has been linked to an account already but idk which one. I find it very weird and surprising. I have tested all the email accounts I know are mine, to see if I had registered an paypal account using that email but none work, so that is very confusing.

I tried to use paypal about a year ago to buy something but it failed horribly, and I haven't touched it since.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
