I am sorry to know about the difficulties while confirming the card. In general, the charge will show on your card statement after 3-5 working days. Here's the link to confirm the card. If you do not find the code on the statement, kindly reach out to your card issuer to cross-check. If you haven't received the code, please remove the card and re-add it to your PayPal account. If not, kindly reach out to our customer support through the contact option available on our website for further assistance.
