I can't check my balance on PayPal app

I can't check my balance on app version PayPal. I try use Andorid phone and iOS - the result is the same. I think it's happened after update.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
We currently are not aware of any issues with displaying balances in our app. This may be a new issue just emerging or it may be an issue only affecting your devices. I would first recommend uninstalling our app, restarting your device and installing it again. Also, ensure that your devices are the latest manufacturer's recommended operating system, If your devices are running beta or developer operating system versions, you might need to revert back to the latest stable one.
