I just issued A new credit card When I first tried to link it, there were no sufficient funds so I added money to the card. and tried again. It says the card is associated with another PayPal account.
I called the card issuer, they said that I only tried to link the card once but it failed due to insufficient money and the card was not linked to any other account and there was no trial to connect the card.
So what should I do? I tried to contact the customer service of PayPal twice but got no response.
